A real find! Part of a trio owned by the same family, this place takes the cake for casual atmosphere, friendly and fast service, and absolutely delicious pizza. New Haven traditionalists will enjoy the char and irregular shape. For those of us that prefer the tang and cheesiness more than the char, this pizza also delivers on that front, leaving everyone happy. Pro tip - the entrance is in the back in the parking lot. Highly recommend.

Best pizza I'm a pizza snob and it's better then the big 3 in New Haven Service very attentive and friendly They have a family dinner to go pretty much every night suppose to feed 4? We fed 6 and have leftovers! $35 and $40 Give it a try And try the sausage on the pizza I'm a fennel guy and it's loaded

Fuoco holds the top 2024 spot for pizza for me. I can't believe it took me so long to review this place but I tried so many different pizzas here for a work celebration and all of the choices were spot on. The crust was cooked so perfectly and the sauce was perfect on each and every pizza. I will be frequenting this fine pizza establishment as much as I can because it is now my favorite in CT!

The location is tiny and the entrance is one way and easy to miss, so keep your eyes peeled! Inside is quite small and can be a bit challenging to find a table when it's busy. However, take out is an option as well. Great wood fired pizza, but don't let me be the only judge - Dave Portnoy will tell you as well.

A fantastic pizza place. I heard this one was rated highly and had to check it out. The place itself had limited seating and you just order at the counter and they bring it to the table. It was not a terrible wait and we got a mozzarella pizza. The crust and cheese were great. The sauce was good too. I would give it a 9.1/10. I cannot say it is the absolute best but it is high up there in CT pizza rankings.

When Your favorite New Haven is on Vacation you need to look at your Instagram/Yelp Elite friends pages and check out their recommendations. Let's just Jason didn't steer us in the wrong direction. Wow just wow been wanting to try this place for a while. Great solid pie that definitely can give those New Haven Apizza 's a run for their money. On site parking and closer than New Haven and wasn't disappointed. Pie had a nice undercarriage, slight chew to the crust familiar coal tinged edge, nice sauce and quality toppings. Definitely will be coming back to check out another one of their Specialty Pies.

No contest, the best pizza I've had in New Haven and surrounding areas. Perfection in a bite, balanced char, fat and acid. Thin and crispy. Charred and cheesy. Light and satisfying. It would be worth driving out to Connecticut just for this place alone. The plain cheese pizza was perfection, and the clam pie beat out Pepe's for me. The clam pie was an unexpected order for this spot but we were so pleasantly surprised by it, just perfect execution, no skimping on the fresh clams. This place is rising in the ranks for a good reason. The owner is super passionate and the way he talking about his business is inspiring and he deserves the success and recognition. I can't wait to return.
